Seasoned entrepreneur and board-level strategist with over 25 years of experience building, scaling, financing, and governing high-growth businesses across fintech, energy, international trade, and real estate in Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Recognized for bridging founder-led execution with institutional capital discipline — successfully leading private equity investments, bond issuances, regional expansion, and multi-sector portfolio growth. Kayode has been involved in scaling fintech companies across Africa, managing over four hundred professionals. He is also a real estate developer in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Kayode is a Co-founder and Board Member –  Global Accelerex Limited (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Congo), Co-Founder and Director – TAG Energy and Petroleum (Oil and Co-Founder and Director – Crayfinance (fintech Investment Holding Company across Africa and Canada). Kayode has also led a $20 million Private Equity Investment from Africa Capital Alliance (ACA) and structured and executed a US$40 million Bond program, amongst other key transactions he has delivered.
Kayode is a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Member (Institute of Directors), and has participated in the Harvard Business School – Accion Program on Strategic Leadership and Inclusive Finance)
