Rotimi Adebowale

Rotimi Adebowale is an experienced financial services professional with over 20 years of expertise in structuring and executing transactions across the maritime, oil and gas, and power sectors. He holds a Second Class Upper degree in Computer Science with Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and an MBA from the University of Lagos. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in raising capital for oil blocks and marginal fields, including leading a syndication exceeding $1 billion for a major Nigerian asset.
He is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Energia Associates, where he has provided strategic leadership for the past four years. Rotimi previously served as Sector Head of the Oil, Gas, and Maritime Investment Banking Division at Ecobank International and UBA Plc, and was the pioneer Group Head of Operations at Bond Bank (now Providus Bank). He also worked at Diamond Bank Nigeria (now Access Bank). In addition, he manages the Energy Fund under the Chapel Hill Denham Group.
He has participated in numerous local and international professional courses and conferences, and is a member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists, the Nigerian Gas Association, and the International Association for Energy Economics.

Recognized for bridging founder-led execution with institutional capital discipline — successfully leading private equity investments, bond issuances, regional expansion, and multi-sector portfolio growth. Kayode has been involved in scaling fintech companies across Africa, managing over four hundred professionals. He is also a real estate developer in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Kayode is a Co-founder and Board Member – Global Accelerex Limited (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Congo), Co-Founder and Director – TAG Energy and Petroleum (Oil and Co-Founder and Director – Crayfinance (fintech Investment Holding Company across Africa and Canada). Kayode has also led a $20 million Private Equity Investment from Africa Capital Alliance (ACA) and structured and executed a US$40 million Bond program, amongst other key transactions he has delivered. Kayode is a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Member (Institute of Directors), and has participated in the Harvard Business School – Accion Program on Strategic Leadership and Inclusive Finance)

He is a graduate of Financial Economics and has been involved in remittance payment services, commercial finance, treasury and risk management, cash management, compliance, and software implementation.
He is also the founder and Chairman of TGI Brooks Inc, which offers money remittance and payment services, and TGI Brooks Capital, which offers commercial mortgage facilities in the United States.
Since 2012, Olumide has been running St Patrick Incorporated, a multi-million dollar health care services provider based in Sugarland, Texas, the United States, and has been providing professional healthcare services to the aged and disabled.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Olumide was a SAP CFM, Treasury and cash management consultant working with major banks and corporations such as General Motors in North America. He was also an analyst at Deutsche in London
Olujide Akindele-Ojo

Olujide Akindele-Ojo is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over 37 years of experience across multiple continents, having worked with leading international energy companies. He began his career at Statoil, where he served as an Exploration Manager for nearly a decade. He later held the position of Deputy Managing Director at Conoil Producing Nigeria Limited and went on to become General Manager, Exploration, at Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited. Over the course of his career, he has also worked with ExxonMobil as a senior staff geologist and with Shell as a wellsite petroleum/production geologist.
He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Impart Oil and Gas Limited and currently serves as Managing Director of Karatos Energy Limited. In addition to his industry roles, Jide is a certified member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, a John Maxwell-certified speaker, and a former President of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE). He has played a key role in the development and production of numerous oil and gas field
