Kunle Olabintan is a visionary finance and strategy executive with over 25 years of distinguished leadership in financial services, corporate strategy, and structured finance across West Africa. Renowned for his deep domain expertise in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Telecommunications sectors, he brings a robust track record of guiding institutions through complex market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and large-scale capital deployment.


Throughout his career, which includes senior leadership roles at top-tier commercial and merchant banks, Kunle has provided strategic oversight for multi-million-dollar transactions across the energy value chain—from upstream IOCs and indigenous E&P companies to major infrastructure projects. His capabilities are backed by extensive experience in credit risk management, capital raising, debt structuring and corporate transformation.  Beyond energy, his multi-dimensional expertise spans infrastructure, telecom, and manufacturing, making him a versatile enterprise leader capable of steering corporate banking and advisory operations toward sustainable profitability.


Kunle’s extensive leadership across major institutions like Guaranty Trust Bank, Union Bank, Keystone Bank, Fidelity Bank and Greenwich Merchant Bank has given him deep insight into regulatory compliance, portfolio diversification, and macroeconomic risk mitigation in emerging markets. An alumnus of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (Applied Geophysics) and Obafemi Awolowo University (MBA), Kunle offers a rare blend of technical sector insight, financial acumen, and a forward-looking perspective on economic growth.
